My love for yoga was first sparked in 2007. I originally began yoga for the mental health benefits, and quickly realized the numerous physical health benefits yoga provides as well. I strongly believe that yoga can be made accessible for anyone. I am a 280 hour Registered Yoga Teacher based in Toronto. Check out the schedule page for my virtual class offerings each week!
